General Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability.

2. Cancellation of the product must be reported within 12 Business hours of purchase confirmation.

3. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on HomeKomforts.com

4. If you report an issue, we may or may not schedule a technician visit to your location based on the nature of reported issue. In case of technician visit, we will provide resolution based on technicians evaluation report. In case of non-scheduling of the technician visit we will have the verification of the issue digitally and provide a resolution to the issue after the evaluation.

5. Return will be processed only if:

  • a. Return request should be raise within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • b. Same day delivery and In transit damaged orders will have 12Hrs to raise the request from the time of delivery
  • c. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • d. The product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • e. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
  • f. Extra charges might be applicable

6. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

7. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

8. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

9. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund within 7-9 Business days

10. Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled hand-in-hand in case of exchanges and replacements.

11. Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable

12. This item is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
